1. Set a small stainless steel pan over medium-low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter. When it has melted gently whisk in the grated garlic.
  2. Sauté the garlic for about 1 minute. Do not let it brown.
  3. Add the remaining butter, granulated garlic, salt and pepper. Cook, whisking only until the butter is melted. Serve in a side dish for dipping.
